A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault harvested under the moonlit sky to create a captivating palate of plum, black raspberry and woodsmoke. Grapes harvested at night when they are cool result in higher quality juice with more stable sugar levels and better acidity. And of course,  higher quality juice at the start means you get a better finished wine. A limited quantity of juice was secured, don’t miss out on this exceptional limited release. VinoVinti Carbonic Acid Extractor - by VinoVinti - available now in the shop!

VinoVinti Carbonic Acid Extractor. After our extensive testing (re: wine tasting) we were very impressed and are excited about this offering from VinoVinti - a carbonic acid extractor. VinoVinti's simple, innovative design removes carbon dioxide from wine, improving taste and adding years of smoothness in seconds. VinoVinti enhances the wine experience by providing hands-on control over the flavor, feel and finish. Simple to use - NOTE: Wash rod and holder before first use. 1) Pour 1-2 oz of wine into a glass for comparison tasting and to create space for the rod. 2) Assemble rod and holder together and insert into stopper and place in bottle (check that the fit is secure. 3) Use vacuum pump until bubbles form. Once bubbles diminish (15 - 20 seconds) release stopper pressure (button on stopper top). 4) Remove rod from bottle and taste (repeat step 3 if needed). 5) Separate rod from holder, rinse well and let air dry. Enjoy!

Chocolate Raspberry dessert wine which is bursting with the rich, intense flavours and aromas of warm cherries and plums supported by a racy zing of bright raspberry and luscious chocolate. Along with two new and very on-trend flavours Peppermint Mocha and Red Velvet.  Peppermint Mocha's dark chocolate notes and cool peppermint blend seamlessly with the rich coffee notes and dark fruit. Red Velvet has rich and velvety notes of dark berry with a hint of moist vanilla cake enveloped in decadent cocoa. Just in time for the cool fall evenings, these three dessert wines are the perfect cap to a warm and cozy dinner.

On the heels of the phenomenally popular Eclipse Forza. The newest Eclipse limited release.  Hailing from Tuscany, Bravado is a tribute to the Italian winemakers of the seventies who had the confidence (and bravado) to challenge the rules regarding which varietals were allowed to be blended into Italian wines.  The result of these rogue winemakers was the "super tuscan" and Eclipse Bravado is a beautiful example of this style of wine.  Now in Limited supply.
